When the Baaba Maal concert finished around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning, we hit the road. To get back to Dakar from Podor, Senegal, we needed to retrace our route through St. Louis.During a quick stop in St. Louis, Massamba directed us to a beautiful beach where we could stretch our legs. It was the kind of place that makes you think about the phrase, "it's not the destination, it's the journey."
